Minnesota Rustic Elegance Tent Wedding of Roberto and Sarah

Sarah and Roberto were excited to get married at the farm Sarah’s dad grew up on. The couple really wanted to bring their family and closest friends together to celebrate by having an “elegant” farm wedding. The couple was married under a clear top tent, with chandeliers lining the aisle and the barn as a backdrop. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed passed appetizers, and cocktails outside in the meadow, where they mingled around the wine barrel cocktail tables and soft seating vignettes at this Minnesota rustic elegance tent wedding.

Dinner was announced by ringing of the “dinner bells” by the littles of the wedding. Roberto, being in the catering industry wanted to “wine and dine” guests and included a 5 course plated dinner, wine pour, and a champagne toast! Decorating and the details is what got Sarah excited. She carefully picked out the linens, napkins, runners, chargers, glassware, silverware for each course.. etc. These were paired with high and low floral désigns.

The sailcloth reception tent was carefully draped with twinkle lights and a large chandelier in the center. The couple included a lot of décor/detail items rented from Rustic Elegance including the soft seating, wood head tables, the bars, dessert hutch with chandelier, ceremony doors to the entrance of the tent, wine barrels, signs.. etc. Guest favors were a key/bottle opener.

The seating chart was an old window frame listing which tables guests were at. The elegant dinner, paired with the elaborate décor pulled together the exact vision the couple was hoping for to celebrate their love with their family and friends
