Brittany and Andrew had their wedding on a Thursday afternoon at Hope Glen Farm in Cottage Grove, MN. We’ve been seeing a lot more Thursday weddings this season! For their big day, Brittany and Andrew had their outdoor ceremony at the farm’s ceremony tree. You may notice something a little different though. The popular arch that was formed with one of the tree branches was sadly destroyed during one of the crazy summer storms we’ve been getting in Minnesota. So instead of the tree branch arch, Hope Glen Farm created a beautiful new arch designed with sticks to still capture a natural essence to the ceremony site. During Brittany and Andrew’s ceremony, we got a bit wet from the rain. Luckily, their onsite planner was ready with some umbrellas for the couple and the wedding party! Thankfully, it was a quick shower and the ceremony kept going! By the end of the ceremony, the sun was back out which was perfect since the couple’s ceremony exit song was “Here Comes the Sun.” How perfect is that!? The rest of the day went without a hitch with a dinner under the pavilion and dancing in the barn. At the end of the night, guests sent the couples off with sparklers from the barn to Hope Glen Farm’s gorgeous treehouse!
