The Woman’s ClubΒ was founded by 39 women in 1907. In 1928, the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis was built. This Minneapolis wedding venue offers couples a beautiful, intimate setting. Walk in through double doors with hand-carved pillars on either side and then into the barrel-vaulted Foyer. The two-story Spanish-style Lounge is decorated with wood beams, chandeliers, and oak floors. The grand Ballroom is decorated with antique art. There’s also the Falconer Memorial Library bordered by Juliet balconies for a more intimate ceremony.Β The formal Dining Room is perfect for an indoor wedding reception with a sculpted ceiling, bronze chandeliers, and Karastan Persian rugs. For an outdoor wedding reception or ceremony, check out the Rooftop Terrace. The rooftop has spectacular views of Loring Park and the downtown Minneapolis skyline.Β The venue can accommodateΒ an intimate luncheon for 30, a seated dinner for 180 guests, or a cocktail party for 400. I had the honor of photographing the Junior League of MinneapolisΒ at The Woman’s ClubΒ and after theirΒ headshots, I got to look around the venue!
