Graduate Minneapolis Hotel is a new Twin Cities hotel. I had the privilege to photograph their Grand Opening event in January. This hotel is nestled in the heart of the University of Minnesota campus between Coffman memorial Union and Gopher’s Stadium. Not only is their lobby a check-in for guests, but it’s also a unique space for college students to come relax while hanging out with friends, playing air hockey, or studying. They also have a variety of food carts serving stuffed burritos, hot cocoa, and other local flavors! The hotel can also host events such as weddings, business events, and more! Their Meridian Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 people and has a private outdoor terrace. They also have a number of smaller rooms that are perfect for conferences and business meetings.
