For the first half of ILEA’s Annual Summer Saunter, we went to LynLake Brewery in Minneapolis. This brewery located in the historic 100-year-old Lyndale Theater features high-quality flagship craft beers along with seasonal rotations. The refitted space has a center bar in the taproom, edgy graffiti art, and bicycle wheels hanging from the gold ceiling. In addition to their taproom, they also have a rooftop patio that’s the perfect place to enjoy some beer and sunshine during the summer months!
