For the second half of ILEA’s Annual Summer Saunter event, the group headed to Fig + Farro after enjoying some beers at LynLake Brewery. At Fig + Farro, ILEA members and friends got cocktails and appetizers. If you’re unfamiliar with this Minneapolis restaurant, Fig + Farro is a vegetarian restaurant that serves delicious, plant-forward comfort food. Their menu of delicious vegetarian recipes is inspired by flavors all over the globe. Their philosophy is to create soul warming, belly filling food that both tastes good and does good. All of their ingredients are locally-sourced and organic products in order to provide customers with the finest and freshest ingredients.
