Landmark Center Wedding | Saint Paul Wedding Photographer

The Landmark Center in St. Paul is such an amazing venue! This building has been a part of Saint Paul’s history since 1902! The Landmark Center was originally the Court House and was the site for many of the famous 1930s “Gangster Trials.” By 1965, the building was empty and it was being considered for demolition. A small group of local citizens campaigned to save the building. In 1969, the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places and renovations began. The building was renamed “Landmark Center” and opened to the public in 1978 as an arts and cultural center. With a grand Cortile atrium and beautifully restored courtrooms, Landmark Center is now a popular Saint Paul wedding venue and can accommodate groups from 20 to 1000. Couples can choose from a variety of rooms for an indoor ceremony. Many couples choose to do their ceremony in the atrium and hire a draping company to do waterfall draping from one of the upper floors’ balconies as their ceremony backdrop. Other couples have chosen to have their ceremony at a nearby church or local park and then use the Atrium for the reception and dance. Whether you’re looking for a Saint Paul wedding venue with rich history and magnificent architecture, a Twin Cities engagement session spot, or a place to discover new cultures and art, check out the Landmark Center!
