Meet Janine with Jeannine Marie Photography

How long have you been with Jeannine Marie Photography?  Since May of 2014! What do you do at Jeannine Marie Photography? That all depends on the day! Most of the time I get paid to be on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc… 🙂 I also blog about everything Jeannine shoots (from events to engagement sessions to weddings). When I’m not posting, pinning, blogging, or emailing vendors, I work on culling photos from each session, as well as submitting photos to wedding publications! It’s never a dull day around here! When I’m not working with Jeannine Marie Photography…I’m: I also work part-time as a marketing assistant at Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota and I do freelance social media and marketing for local wedding vendors. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my husband, Matthew. Some of our favorite things to do are go on road trips, have BBQ’s and bonfire nights with our friends, watch superhero movies and TV shows, take long walks, discover new restaurants, and have fancy dinner nights at home (I drink the wine while he cooks)! Favorite part of going through wedding photos: The first look! Gets me every time! Best tip for brides: Join WeddingWire or The Knot! When I planned my September 2015 wedding, I used WeddingWire to design my seating chart, track my budget, keep track of my vendors, create a wedding website, and keep a list of all of my guests, their addresses, and meal choices. It was such an easy way to organize my wedding thoughts!  Favorite RomCom: It’s a tie between The Proposal and P.S. I Love You  Favorite Love Song: Just the Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra- it was mine and my husband’s first dance song! Favorite Wedding Dessert: I’m biased- but my wedding cake was amazing- caramel apple cake with caramel frosting from Cream of the Cakes! Yum! Favorite Vacation Spot: Favorite local vacation spot is the North Shore. Carmel, CA was probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited! Favorite Drink to Order at Caribou: White chocolate mocha or a campfire mocha.  Any pets? I have two Calico cats (Patches and Matrix) that I’ve had since I was 11!
