Our Lady of Victory Chapel | St. Paul Event Center | Fall Wedding

Falling in love…with Jamie and Matt’s stunning chapel fall wedding! The day included gorgeous burgundy attire and floral with pops of warm fall hues. Plus, their fall date was the perfect nod to the couple’s late September engagement last year while hiking Arches National Park in Utah. And even though we got a bit of rain, there was no stopping these two from radiating big smiles all day! And one of the best parts? Back in 2019, we had the pleasure of photographing Jamie’s sister’s wedding so we were over-the-moon to celebrate another wedding with this wonderful family! Not to mention, Jamie borrowed a few other vendors from Kelly’s day, including Jenna Culley Events, La Petite Fleur, Bridal Accents Couture, and Renee’s Limousines – makes it all the more fun to work with this amazing crew of friends again!

While attending St. Catherine’s University, Jamie always thought the school’s Our Lady of Victory Chapel would be a beautiful place to get married in. Plus, it wasn’t far from the chapel when Matt picked Jamie up for their first date after meeting online, and Jamie had still agreed to the date even after seeing a large crack in Matt’s Mercury Grand Marquis! Following their traditional Catholic ceremony, the couple and their guests went to the St. Paul Event Center. When planning their wedding, Jamie and Matt loved that the venue was a blank canvas that they could add their own style to, plus the venue had an amazing sound and light system. The reception was absolutely incredible with the venue’s stunning light display by PHOS Events and beautiful fall floral arrangements by La Petite Fleur.
