When Isa and Gus told me they were renting a cabin on Lake Superior, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to do a North Shore engagement session! These two were originally going to head to Hawaii for a vacation and engagement portraits but unfortunately, the pandemic interrupted those plans. Since these two love hiking and the outdoors – Gooseberry Falls State Park and Split Rock Lighthouse were a wonderful Plan B! I’m so happy we made this happen – just look at those views! Not to mention the glorious sunrise we started this engagement session with! I cannot wait to photograph Isa and Gus again for their Hope Glen Farm wedding next summer!
